Shipping policy

Orders will be packed and shipped as soon as possible after your order is placed but please be aware that I am not Amazon! Life sometimes gets in the way but I will always aim to ship out your order within 1-3 days. 

Some items such as ornaments, keyrings and brooches are sometimes made to order in busy periods so may take 3-5 days to make and post. 

Additional customs, duties and taxes may apply during postage and entry to non UK countries which will be paid for by the customer. KEcreates will not refund any customs, duties or taxes. If you refuse the shipment, KEcreates will not refund the cost of your order.
